1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and games published by Codo Logix and its affiliated developer accounts (the "Apps"), the website codologix.com (the "Website"), and related services (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Some Apps may have additional age requirements shown in the store listing.
3. License to use the Apps
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the usage rules of the app store you downloaded them from.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense any part of the Services;
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
- Use cheats, bots, exploits, automation or unauthorized third-party software;
- Interfere with ads, analytics or the normal operation of the Services, or commit ad fraud;
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or to violate anyone's privacy;
- Use location-sharing or tracking features to monitor any person without their knowledge and consent;
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
5. Accounts
Some Apps may let you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@codologix.com of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Purchases & subscriptions
- Payment: In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged automatically.
- Managing & cancelling: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their respective refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through app stores.
- Virtual items: Virtual currency, items and premium features have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable and are licensed — not sold — to you.
7. Advertising
Free Apps may display advertising from third-party networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for products and services advertised. Interacting with an ad is at your own discretion. Ad-free options, where offered, apply only to the App and platform on which they were purchased.
8. User content
If you create, upload or submit content using the Services, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you use and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
9. Intellectual property
The Services — including software, code, designs, graphics, characters, sounds, text, logos and trademarks — are owned by Codo Logix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. Product names and brands of third parties referenced in our Apps belong to their respective owners; such references do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
10. Third-party services
The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, SDKs and services that we do not control. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Additional terms for Apple App Store users
If you downloaded an App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
- These Terms are between you and Codo Logix only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"), and Codo Logix — not Apple — is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- Codo Logix, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection claims.
- In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Codo Logix, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless data service agreement) when using the App.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
12. Google Play users
If you downloaded an App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In case of conflict regarding purchases or refunds, the Google Play terms apply.
13. Client & partner services
Development, publishing, white-label and other business services provided by Codo Logix to clients and partners are governed by separate written agreements (such as a proposal, statement of work, NDA or publishing agreement). If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails for those services. Information on the Website about services, timelines or pricing is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer.
14. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Information provided by utility Apps (such as maps, translations, measurements, identifications or device tools) is for general reference only and should not be relied on for safety-critical, medical, legal or emergency purposes.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codo Logix and its team, partners and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the relevant App in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codo Logix from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Apps. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
